There's only me & DH & I do the same!

Ha ha, it is the best way as I get faced with lots of huffs when I ask them to pick up toys/mess so I can clean the floor or move their legs when hoovering near the sofas. God forbid I ask anyone to actually help me do the cleaning, what would the response be then...?

  • Right ladies - I have finally submitted my NVQ so now I can hav a bit of chill, catch up with the forums and see who's entered the challenge. I can't even remember what it was, I think it was something along the lines of CHANGE?

And, being such an MSE girl at heart (:money:) I sold some gold. And I've used some of the profit to complete my promarker collection. The best offer I found for the number I wanted was here because it meant I got 2 free wallets as well. If I hadn't wanted the wallets then I may have got a slightly better deal here But prices for individual pens are hard to beat at C&W or JS. although I hear a large hobby(and)craft store currently are selling them for £1.49 each.
  • Someone has been a very lucky girl today at Bunny Zoes :c)

Rainmac - I have to clean when they're out as I don't see why I should run around like a dafty when they're both sat on their @sses doing nowt and humphing - although I do think it gives weight to the housework fairy myth :rotfl::rotfl:

ZLS - are you claiming the right amount of child tax credit? When you get your next wage slip get it in straight away and you should get your benefit backdated to cover the drop in the mean time speak to your landlord and explain the situation - if they don't know what's going on then they'll be less helpful. And when you take your slip in please keep your receipt and find out how long it's gonna take to get updated plus if you phone make a note of who you speak to and when coz benefits have a really tight time scale for stuff - and if all else fails appeal but you have to do that in writing.
No I don't work in benefits but I do work for a local Authority and sit with 2 girls who do. I hope that fends the cloud off for a little longer unfortunately these things don't go away you just need a plan to sort it out.

Hugs everyone back to my stitching - I can't show you anything coz they're pressies for people who either read my blog or are friends on FB but there will be pics in November :D

  • Thanks every one, just so down at the moment just sick of fighting now. Messed up at work again, thought I was in Friday and it was today I was in. So ended up being 2 hours late and got into so much trouble. I really want to keep my supervisors job so much but its looking and feeling like its slipping away. I have my review hopefully tomorrow. Then I can discuss with my boss what she would like to do, I personally want to keep my job so if she is willing I want to make a plan of action with her to improve my way of doing things.

I hate the darkness that is creeping in but I am determined to fight it, I think this time is better as I know it is coming and thats better than last time.

I guess I have to ride this storm.
