Have my first ESA job tomorrow, have printed off the worksheet but the mystery shopper instructions with my scenario are now not showing up with the job. Should I have printed these before applying as the 'click here' for instructions is not with the job anymore?

I have a job booked for today (allocated yesterday). There is no job brief showing on mine. This is not usual; I am planning to ring them!

P.S. Usually the summary has a clickable link to a brief. Definitely not one on this job of mine.

**********Resolved for me now. I phoned them this morning; they have added the link.*********

I don't have any current ESA jobs so this might not be 100% accurate but hope it makes sense.

If you click on the link in your job listing (think the left hand column, might be the shop name?) that opens up your questions (I assume that is what you mean by worksheet....). In that page there will be a link above the question to the job instructions.

Hope that answers your query and makes sense a wee bit.

Can anyone confirm whether they are still waiting for September payment? I have emailed several times and phoned. They now owe me over £80 and I could really do with the money (Sept and Oct invoice added together).

Can I ask if I am the only one?

I have deallocated two surveys as I cannot risk not getting paid for doing any more work.

Any advice on what to do next?

  • Getting seriously pee'd off with the people in my area picking up jobs on GFK, grassroots and RE, then dropping them again close to, or on the due by date. They are all jobs I could have picked up and done, but due to my circumstances, I need some time to plan around children. So little chance I can do them at late notice........

Seems to be getting worse at the moment

    Rant over.

I'm actually glad people drop them, otherwise I would never get anything to do! I never seem to see things when they are put on first. I only get sloppy seconds when people decide they can't be botherd doing them.

Ithink there has been an influx in shoppers then they realise the work.. and drop it.
  • Is anyone else getting repeated emails from ESA about freezer shop jobs? I've had 4 in the last 30 mins, getting a bit annoying now.

Only the one so far, but it's from a hotmail account!! Very unprofessional.

Yes I have had 4, but thought them strange as from a hotmail account? thought it was spam at first........
