Haven't done a pizza job for a while, but last time I read the notes, just asking to hold the onions and toms was enough to change the brief you were given.

I seem to recall that you have a standard list to choose from and no deviations were allowed from it as it meant extra work for the kitchen, so a not a fair representation of the time to make the food.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....

The breif just say:

Starter - Pizza
Pizza - Dessert

Etc

No pineapple, no half and half

There would be no extra work. I doubt that this change would affect the timings and if they did would be by seconds.

It doesn't clearly explain what a half and half pizza is, which is the point i'm making. And therefor without a definition left to people's perceptions. I perception is that i was not ordering a half and half pizza.

Although I do tend to agree with you, you know what Gap are like - any excuse not to pay you. From their point of view, you ordered half BBQ chicken and half something else, so I can sort of see their point of view as well. Don't hold out much hope for you unfortunately.

see that pizza places computer system wont let them ring it in any other way...it has to be half and half as your ordering one side with one thing ... ad the other side with out sadly
