I think they've been doing them by region - these have just been uploaded today for Wales but not new to ESA.

Q about the glasses visits. The brief says to return them to the MS company in "the envelope provided" I have had no envelope! Is this just the brief being a bit keen, or do I actually need to wait for an envelope from the MS company?

Is this with Tern? If so they normally post you an envelope etc when you accept the job.

They send an envelope. They're usually pretty prompt about it.

Yup Tern send out envelops if your job is due I have loads of them so i can post you out one?

I was very embarrassed today. I was doing a supermarket shop and had to queue at a normal till. There was a large queue and a manager told me I could go to a self scan area. I said I was OK and then he told me I could go to the express till. I said I was OK in this queue and he looked at me strangely and told me that the express queue was meant for baskets like mine. I think he thought I was just a very odd customer, from the looks I got, rather than a mystery shopper checking the queuing time!!

Think you should report that as it's active queue management and he's obviously trying to reduce queuing time for others. I wouldn't worry tho, normal customers can be equally strange and I wouldn't always move queues!
