  • And then to top it all, Ipswich have been drawn against Chelsea for the FA Cup!!

Yes, easy win for us there! At least we're still in the Carling Cup ... well, until Wednesday anyway!!!

My husband needs to drive from Cheshire to Lockerbie (spelling?) and back again tomorrow. What are his chances?

I've got a flight to do to Amsterdam from there on Thursday, so hope it's all eased off by then........not looking hopeful though.......:(

I know the airport was closed for a time yesterday - as was Glasgow..........I get the train then airport bus through from here............so keeping my fingers crossed that I get there & it's open!

Roads really bad here too, so take care everyone!

It's stopped snowing but the snow is feet deep. Can see down to the Forth Bridges and over to the Highlands from my house, looking pretty but I won't be going out. Trains are disrupted too.

Probably the main routes, M74 would be ok by tomorrow but it would have to rely on no more snow. Around Lockerbie, I imagine it would be quite difficult. I wouldn't risk a long journey like that, it's not worth it.

I'm near Lockerbie and its only a dusting here. HTH

On another note I'm off to Edinburgh tomorrow on the train. No MSing, just shopping. If I hadn't booked train and hotel weeks ago I'd not bother but it should be nice and Christmassy with all the snow :D
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

Oh I'd have met up with you if it had been Thursday - my flights not until teatime...............that's if the weather eases anyway!

    Sending your 'stuff' off today.........

    Don't spend too much....:D
