I got paid half the fee for doing a closed phone shop. Did you call them? I did and was told to fill in the report with N/A's everywhere which took forever as I have to override all the written comments. What a pallarva it was.
Is everyone else having a super busy week? For every 2 visits I do, I seem to be offered another 4. I don't think I have enough hours in the day to complete my mammoth number of visits!0 -
I didn't call them as I was in a rural location with no phone signal and it was too late by the time I got back!! I guess I'll have to call in the morning!0

I'm sure it said on my paperwork that if there were any problems, then to call them on the 0800 number. Initially, I was told to re-visit the following week, but then she called me back and said just put N/A all through the report and we will pay you half the fee. Hope you get it sorted.0 -
Thanks! Do you know if the assignment will be released from my account if I don't enter results today?0

I'm not too sure honey. I would make a note of the visit id and then call them first thing tomorrow morning and explain. It's a freephone number, so if you call off a landline it will probably be free. (I think it's RE that pull visits from your account if you don't input that day, I know I have had that done once).0 -
Right you lovely lot, have been trawling the posts looking for the mapping
link to plan a route, I thought I had bookmarked it but alas where I have put it goodness knows.
I have committed to some egg jobs on Saturday but we have now been told our daughter has a dance exam and therefore will only have a couple of hours to complete the shops, but I need the money and don't want to release.
Its google maps. You can input additional postcodes and a lovely route comes up. You can then drap and drop this to make any amendments. HTH0 -
Does anyone know what the red triangles are for on the Abai website. They are showing as open, but I can't seem to allocate.
BTW - has anyone else noticed how busy the traffice and shops are these days - Xmas rush already?:eek:0 -
The red triange means you are not eligible to do that visit, either because you have visited it in the last wave or you don't meet the criteria set by the client.0
