Ive seen folks slate primark before
i only own a few T shirts from primark(so not a big sample) but they are the T shirts we wear for Krav Maga
so they get a pasting. so far they are very good T shirts!

I'm not slating Primark but I bought a pair of slippers for the OH a few years ago and they smelled really strongly of coke ( the smokeless fuel not drugs :rotfl:) or tar.

I could smell them all the time I was shopping and left them in the garage until I could return them.
  • it's scants from primark for goodness sake.you get what you pay for.

and read the back of a primark receipt. it says that underwear and earrings for pierced ears are exempt from refund irrespective of circumstances I think. I personally don't shop at primark.

which does not apply to faulty goods. That is your statutory right.

Underwear should be fit for the purpose it was sold for whether it cost 50p or £50 a pair.

Doesn't make any difference if it is Primark or Harrods, if the goods aren't fit for purpose then you are entitled to a refund. The info on the back of the receipt does not affect your statutory rights, therefore your post is irrelevent.* edit - typing on phone, above post not seen before posting mine! *

I would not wash them. I doubt there look to closely at the product unless lots of complaints.

You would get a LOT more from them on Ebay than you would returning them to Primark.
