Freeing Up Disk Space

I'm probably way out of my depth here... but...
My laptop's C drive only has 4gb of space left.
But it says that the Data E drive has 54 GB of space left.
Is there a way of moving this around so there is more space on the C drive?
Thanks
sorry but why do u need more space on C drive. If you just need space, you have E drive which you can use. Any new stuff that you download (photos/videos/songs etc) just keep them on E drive.. This would save you from transferring from C drive. Of coruse it would mean having things in two place.0 -

Thank you - Seems easier if I try to save things onto the E from now on. I'm assuming Itunes things are automatically on my C drive. If I download new programmes, do they usually ask where you want to save them? Think most things I've done haven't?

Leave the programs on c, you have the space, just move some of your non itunes big data files to e, and put a shortcut on your desktop to get at them, have a cleanup with ccleaner, and then backup to dvd or external hard disk.!!
