bt cancelled my line early

moving house in a few weeks. phoned bt up to cancel the line on the day i move out (9th oct). just tried to make a phone call, landline is dead. sigh. its been cancelled today (bt woman confirmed it). my broadband is still working - does anyone know how long its going to last for or is it just a matter of time before it cuts out too?

(if anyone has a complaints number for BT this would also be helpful
