Check your mobile phone bill
Ok a bit of for forum users, ive been hung up like a kipper(maybe a bit extreme) by orange, i got the htc desire in june and i agreed over the phone with the rep that my new contract would be £15 a month with 500mb of data, so many calls and texts. Ive just checked my bill online and ive been charged for mobile data when i was under the impression that I would be getting it free or as part of the date bundle. Its partly my fault for not checking the bill online, I thought "oh the rep said you will have 500mb of data plus x amount of cals and texts" so no need to check the online bill but i was wrong. Managed to get a £30 goodwill gesture off next months bill. Luckily its only the past 3 bills where ive used data and been charged for it, I should have known it would happen.
