Where to get a new build snagging list?

Hi.
I have been reading about snagging a new build and I will be doing it myself. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get a ready made snagging list from. Over on the www. snagging. org site they seem to have one but it either costs a tenner or you have to pay via a trial subscription site. This must exist out there somewhere for free. Anyone have it and could send it to me or know where I can download it from.
All in the idea of saving a bit of dosh.
Cheers.
Keith.

Here's some free snagging lists that should assist:

Personally, given the huge amount of money involved in buying any property, I would always have a professional snagging inspection done. Trying to save a few pounds when 1000's are at stake seems like false economy. In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
Has anyone any experiences of professional snaggers? how do the developers respond to it? and at what stage do they come? before of after completion day? thanks0

they will usually snag a week or two weeks before the house is practically complete then on the the day of handover they will de-snag and leave a list of any outstanding items with the developer to fix over a set period of time.
Developers wont like receiving a list and will try to argue it. they will usually do their own snagging before handing the unit over.0
