Can the jobcentre check private bank account information?

  • I think it's a little unfair on those who inherit money. If a wealthy relative decides to leave you £10,000 you need somewhere to put it and then you need to sign off and live off that money as long as you can. Typical that those who are in work and have money are free to spend their inheritence however they wish while those who aren't so fortunate are penalised.
