Urgent Help
Contracted for 24 months to tmobile package for an employee on a trial contract who is going to get finished very soon. He is totally flaunting its usage so need to stop him using it. He lives miles away from work so I cannot retrieve it from him. What is the best way of stopping him using the phone. Would phone company allow me to suspend calls for a while until I sort this out if i keep paying the bill or should i just report it lost.

Whos name is on the bill, usually they need to stop it or your company phone contract. It also depends on your co policy has he been told he will be laible for personal calls?
That said you'll probably have to pay the fuill 24 months to cancel the contract.0 -
I would imagine that tmobile will be the same as Orange. If I want to suspend a users calls I just call them up and ask them to place an outgoing call bar. Happens within minutes but still allows incoming calls. I would also make the employee aware that you will hold them liable for any unreasonable use of the phone.0
