3 end of contract!!
my 12 months contract with 3 network (through OSPS) should have ended yesterday and i sent them the notice in december and i phoned them later and they confirmed they recieved it and that i will be disconnected on 8.2.05 but untill now my phone is still working normally...i phoned them (bl***y useless customer service) and they confirmed that the service was cancelled yesterday but they dont know why the phone is still working...what am i supposed to do? i dont want to pay them another month in rent as i have already got another mobile...any advice please

If you pay be direct debit then cancel that. Note down the agent you spoke to, get free calls and dont pay for it as its their fault for not disconnecting you.0
