Tmobile argghhh please help
:eek: Hi eve1 please could someone help i am so annoyed.
I took out a contract in dec09 with tmobile a combi25
700 mins unlimited texts
It is 25 pound per mth last mth they took 71.00 i rang them they said it was there mistake i had been charged for texts and i would get refunded someone would call me.
3 days later called them back:( i was told the combi25 was 700mins 400 texts.
Today looked at there website still saying 400 texts and charges. E-mailed them they rang me they insited on 400 texts no refund lol and to go to cpw and take the matter up with them.
Yet i told them why has it been unlimited texts since dec and i have aletter in black and white headed t mobile my monthly plan charges as follows 700mins unlim texts.:mad:
She said i need to write to head office and they will deal with it i asked could i speak to someone from there no she replied great.

Thanks for asking. I have scaned letter but cant put it on ere sorry.
Rang them they say tmobile at fault not them. I took out the contract and confirmed 700mins unlimited texts told me that they must have changed my plan without authorisation and that cpw cant do anything. Advise me to ring and speak with some one higher yet i tried.:(

Lozzaman i checked tmobile every mth since contract was taken out there was very few texts sent.
It has only been since my boy met his gilfriend lol.
So i pressume it must of always been 400 texts.
Yet cpw confirmed and my 1st bill from tmobile.
I am so unsure now what i can do.:(

What you need to do is go into a Carphone Warehouse store and explain your situation. What they should do is call T-Mobile and fax the copy of the contract off to them. You should be back dated any additional charges if you signed for unlimited texts.
(This is assuming that CPW did put you on the unlimited texts package.) Combi 25 did come with unlimited texts through Carphone but T-mobile direct only gave 400 texts so this is where the confusion seems to have come from.Have I helped? On my old bills there are graphs showing how much has been used. With unlimited it shows 999999 texts or something like that. I guess that doesn't change the fact that you thought it was unlimited and that your letter proves it.
Send a copy to the exec office as suggested - it looks like a T-Mobile problem rather than a CPW.0 -

miss keith also thanks i will go in tom to cpw and ask them to do so.
oneaday i understand it been promotional and thanks but i feel i should get what i signed for my boy is special needs and at time this was a good deal he could contact us always.
Yet tmobile say no. So it is their fault.
