where's best to change your south african rand

Hi I'm currently out in Namibia and have some Namibia dollars which I have exchanged into SA Rand, would it be better for me to exchange it back into pounds back in UK or do it at Cape town international airport?

    How much SA Rand have you got?
    Changing them back in to sterling won't get you a good rate.
    Do you know anyone in the Uk that would want them?
    or perhaps spend them on an early Christmas present for somebody.
