From memory (though its on the planner, so HAVE to watch again, if only to see how he does the beetroot and feta salad ), cook and 8oz sirloin steak for about 3 minutes each side.... sprinkle a ciabatta with ev olive oil, pile some rocket in, make a salsa with a jar of peppers and some herbage (I missed exactly what, but can let you know), rest the meat on the salsa, so the juices mingle, then slice thinnish and pile on top of the rocket, then mix up the salsa and put that on top. Its a meal for 4 he says......

Then there were his garlic and rosemary new potatoes....

Best of luck, Marru. I would hate to have to pack this house up, so don't envy you in the slightest......*shudders*

  • Ooh...yes, that Steak sarnie did look delicious didn't it! :D Wouldn't end up looking like that if I made it though I bet!

Toad in the hole here tonight with baked beans and mash I think. Was going to be some of the vat of bolognese I made yesterday until I remembered that I wanted a quick easy meal for tomorrow night when I'll be collecting Avon books in. Had to get out of bed again when I remembered last night to get the Sausages out of the freezer! :o
