Good news there Marru! :j
Dinner tonight - roast veggies with pasta I think. I have a jar of pesto I bought on a whim so will use that with it. Need to raid the fridge for the veggies though!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Room for a little one? Sorry I haven't visited the diner recently but I love what you've done with the place
What's on the menu today then? We're having chicken tikka masala made with one those curry pastes, a bit too creamy for me but DDs love it. With pilau rice which I do love so I'll be piling that high on my plate!0 -

Veggies and pasta were delicious! Ended up with a mix of some slightly elderly beetroot, half a courgette (might have been some form of squash actually - it landed outside our window one day last week and I rescued it as I thought it looked edible - either it was, or its ill effects are slow to manifest themselves, in which case, goodbye all and it's been nice knowing you! :rotfl:), some mushrooms, an onion, and a red pepper. Drizzled in olive oil, salt & pepper, and roast in the oven at gas-mark-guesswork until they were just starting to go crispy on the edges. Pasta coked and then a little pesto stirred through, and some toasted pumpkin seeds, linseeds and flaked almonds to sprinkle on the top. I'm not sure OH actually noticed there was no meat in there....!
Jo - you OK? I hope you've eaten a bit better today, but if you really don't feel like eating, make sure you drink plenty and your appetite will return in its own time.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
