To justify myself, I do do half the cleaning and other bits around the house and I do insist on cooking summat nice at the weekends, SRP obviously ;)

I manage to keep mine inside a cupboard and only put it on the counter when in use. Mine isn't the biggest, probably would (just) sit on a piece of A4. It's great for doing chilli, bolognese, curry, gammon etc and not have to keep checking on them simmering.

Okay that isn't too bad then! need to check the cupboard space then as we are a little short on that as well :o

  • Well it be quiet in this diner, so it is...........................

    Hope everyone is ok?

Mr BB is on a long day today at work, so my aim is to be productive :)

Though still in my dressing gown and toying with having a soft boiled egg:D

I know,Budgie does know how to live it up. Though I do have homemade lentil soup for later and then its some salmon with potatoes and veg.

I guess I had get a wriggle on, I shall be back later for a latte :)

    Big hugs

  • Back for my latte, but what no staff..................

I shall be expecting a freebie on the house.:D

Well I have been productive, I have even been under the beds and behind the bedside cabinets  I know steady on, its not for the faint hearted.;)

But I am going to declutter again, I do have fits of this, but its suprising how it mounts up again.

Just also done an online food shop to be delivered Tuesday. When I get paid I am going to be strict on my monthly food budget. I do just tend to buy organic meat now, but you can taste the difference. But I do need to apply mse policies too.

I have been mooching over at fly lady too, so that may be on the cards for next month.

I am drying the last of my bedding, its the simple things that make the difference. A nice clean bed is priceless, and I have my candles burning along with my air purifier. I tell you Budgie will be gettings some zzzzzzzzzzzs tonight.

All the windows have been open too, to let out the stagnant chi. I tell you, stagnant chi is a no no. Trust me.

So better pootle as X Factor soon, and I do have to say that I am really liking Tulisa. :)

So take care everyone and have a fabby week, I dare not tempt fate but I just may and that is may be getting used to this new computer system.

A colleague at another office advised that her son had told her that if she pursuaded herself to like it then she would. I have been adopting this tactic too. :)

Oh and my new oppo did say on Thursday that I hadn't moaned about it that day. :D

Progress my friends, its called progress.;)

    Love n hugs

  • now then budgster deluxe, you sound pretty good at the moment

As for me, lots of garden clearing today and at long last after spending much of the summer clearing I have space, ready for a super large tree to come down next year. I got there at last and achieved one of the goals for this year!

Food wise - fish finger sandwich for lunch and rib eye steak for tea - delish. Tried to so it the healthy way and greatly reduced the amount of oil and butter used for the accompanyments. Got there and didn't go too much over the calorie allowance for the day so the weight loss plan is progressing very well. Only half a stone to go and I'm there!
