Been out for lovely lunch today but had a big plate of stir-fry veg and a banana sandwich this evening. Got to get my 5+ a day in and they never seem to serve much in restaurants.

Thanks Miss P - foot, big toe rather, has recovered now with no more pain and just a small dark patch remains. If its still there by the end of next week i'll be back at the Dr's to see if that is normal or not

Well, tea here was also rather nice consisting of 2 glasses of white wine, thai steamed salmon and veg then a strawberry tartlet.

Good job I am back out running again as I managed to lose another kg this week and am just under half a stone lost so far! Working up to running 6miles with no breaks and hoping to be there in 2 weeks time if all stays well.

All sounds pretty good with your new OH too Jo - I am dreaming about a new one, who knows who but I feel one will turn up soon!

Glad to read everyone sounds pretty chipper out there atm

    Hi Guys,

Mr BB is working from 7.15am today until 10pm tonight, so Budgie has been keeping herself busy.

I have made 2 shepherds pies, (1 is for Mr BB's friend, he lives alone and eats alot of crap).

    Scotch eggs (Quite a few).

Also a very big pan of lentil soup.

    Plus some decluttering.

Budgie has decided that she needs to change..........................

I plan to watch Dragons Den and then use my Body Shop glitch buying products from the Deep Sleep Range. Hopefully they will work like a charm?

Miss P good to see you hunny and also that you had a good holiday, I am sure our Dear Piglet enjoyed it hugely. :) xxxxxxxxxxxx

Sparkles glad the foot is better sweetheart and I hope that Mr Right turns up soon, you seem to have an intuitive feeling, me thinks ;) xxxxxxxxxxx

I hope everyone else is ok today?

Just watching the re-run of The X Factor, (Well it would be rude not too). I did very much enjoy it, though I had to titter, at the build up that: "its the next generation" and there is little Louis, but hey he did say he feels like he has new batteries in.

(Hope he has the long lasting ones, bless).

    Hugs Budgie (())xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A rather lovely indian spiced shepherds pie for tea along with spiced cabbage. Just made it to the calorie allowance today.

A good relaxing day today all round!

    P.S - thanks Budgie!
