Just popping on to say hi and the exam was done and dusted and have been chilling out big style since Thursday when was so wiped out afterwards it was unreal sitting around with no energy to do anything and brain not working

Feel back to normal now and have a very restful and peaceful weekend to recover

Time to get diet back in check and back out exercising again to increase my motivation and energy levels

Food wise- lots of carp today after 3 glasses of wine last night left me feeling a bit worse for wear this morning (whoops - most I have had to drink in ages) Anyway will be AF for the next 3 weeks as I really prefer that feeling over how a drink makes me feel these days

Hope you're all well and good, it sounds like it and a big thank you for all your good wishes

Budgie - keep looking for new job AND start your new age business. If you can afford to work part time hours then all the better.

Just start your business small selling on weekends and doing therapies in the evenings (that is when most people are out and about anyway). Build it up gradually.

Going to court today  and :(. Going to hide in the victim support unit with my cross stitch until the court hearing starts. I have every reason to believe that they allow me to have the hearing postponed so that next time I can have representative with me so everything crossed.

Ok court postponed. All well. Home now taking advantage of half day off (well, couple of hours).

Singapore noodles from M&S - should have got two portions, I am starving (couldn't eat anything this morning).

That's really good news marru, enjoy your meal!

We've been out for lunch (asparagus followed buy a huge chunk of gammon, eggs and mash) so I don't need to cook tonight.:)
