On to more pressing issues :undecided
I have a 1kg pork belly joint with stuffing.
Can I slow roast such a small joint? If so, what temp and how long for?

I would have said so. If it has rind that will crackle, I'd do it exactly the same as the other one, but maybe for just a couple of hours. So long as you have a tight seal with the foil, it won't (shouldn't) dry out too much
But make plenty of gravy.........

Wasn't too bad, though I didn't cook it as I was late back from a meeting. My 'peg' cooked it to instructions on the packet and it was yum
Might have leftovers cold with mash tonight
