Sorry, been AWOL!
Pricey  how's you?
Miss P, sorry I missed the curry chat, you have been answered correctly though  my personal preference is a rogan josh  might have to make one for dinner now :rotfl:DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
I'm fine, thanks, Jo - changed name yet again because I felt the name was giving my real identity away too much iyswim!!!
All this talk about curries - chicken tikka here tonight, with quorn equivalent for DD2 ... nice and easy!0 -
Hoping not to need dinner tonight.
Just back from lunch out: scallops in a sort of balsamic butter on mixed leaves with capers (very yummy) and then plain old ham, egg and chips (well it may have been hand reared ham and eggs laid by the chef's pet hen:rotfl:). You know, the gastropub type thing. I had new potatoes instead of chips and refused a pudding.:A DH had a white chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding with custard.0 -
Afternoon all!
Thanks all for the curry advice. May try biryani or rogan josh next. See how severely he reacts to them!!:rotfl:(this is the man who at age 33 had never touched curry, pizzas, parsnips, sprouts or pasta!!...swear his Mum's a cavewoman!!)

Swimming lesson day for DD meaning that we had fish and chips for tea. It is becoming a bit of a tradition now."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

That sounds good to me Marru:) When I was younger me and my parents had to go somewhere twice a month and it was tradition for us to stop at a little chef on the way back. I was only about 10 but still remember those pancakes.:)**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -
