Tiny jacket potato and cheese for lunch, apple, banana, pear and orange for snacks, a chunky kit kat and for tea leftover lentil shepherds pie

Tomorrow - not sure - pasta for tea or stir fry, lunch hmm noodles or rice or soup

Off for tea now!

Aubergines are cheap in Lidl's if anyones's interested:p I bought one yesterday to do roast veg in a pasta salad.

Spaghetti Bolognese here tonight. Not the most exciting of meals but I just made 5 portions for the freezer so I thought we'd better eat one!

Fish pie for tea here today - couldn't decide what veg to do with it so cheated and did Couscous from the Approved food delivery instead!

Just sat at my desk and stuffed my cheese and pickle sandwiches and am now impatiently awaiting the arrival of "The Sandwich Lady" so I can get one of her gorgeous chocolate brownies:D

Mmmm...Maman, aubergine in roast veg is so yum. In fact I could just eat a whole plate of roasted aubergine and courgettes.
