Aubergines are cheap in Lidl's if anyones's interested:p I bought one yesterday to do roast veg in a pasta salad.
Spaghetti Bolognese here tonight. Not the most exciting of meals but I just made 5 portions for the freezer so I thought we'd better eat one!0 -
