Spaghetti Bolognese here tonight. Not the most exciting of meals but I just made 5 portions for the freezer so I thought we'd better eat one!

  • Just sat at my desk and stuffed my cheese and pickle sandwiches and am now impatiently awaiting the arrival of "The Sandwich Lady" so I can get one of her gorgeous chocolate brownies:D

Mmmm...Maman, aubergine in roast veg is so yum. In fact I could just eat a whole plate of roasted aubergine and courgettes.
