Half a jam sarnie and some dry mini weetabix with choc chips for brek. Jacket pot with prawns for lunch. OH cooking a curry for tea.

He is trying very very hard indeed which is getting right on my ***s, he went to Mr Ts with me yesterday and bought £138 of shopping but only 1 complete meal and 3 lots of meat for 3 further meals. Then went we paid for it he said he wanted half my reward points if we get divorced. Then he bought a lucky dip and said if he wins will I stay with him.

Gosh, and he thinks that's going to encourage you to want him to stay?! He truly does have a lot to learn about women in general! :D

The meal plan for tonight says jacket spuds with beans & cheese, my head is currently saying salmon fishcakes with jacket spuds. Hmmm. All because I spotted the can of salmon in the cupboard last night! :D

He also text me yesterday afternoon as he is off 'sick' at home. Said he won't miss the neighbours cos they make a lot of noise during the day!

I've come to a VERY big decision and will update you all very shortly when my boss goes out.

The suspense is killing, hasn't your boss got some work to do??? Couldn't you have a fire drill?

I am going to leave him and the kids and fight for joint custody once the divorced is lodged. I first have to see if I can get him put on the tenancy and I need to find somewhere to live, I will probably stay with my mum in the interim if she'll have me.

That's a huge decision jo which must have taken a lot of courage and soul-searching but it does put you in control. Do you imagine he'll accept that or might it force his hand to move out when he realises you're serious? I mean, do you think he'd want to be head cook and bottle washer in your absence or would he move out himself?

I did wonder if that might be your only option - sadly it is incredibly difficult to force someone to leave somewhere if they don't want to go....

I'm sure you have already done/thought of this, but you have taken some advice on where it will leave you in relation to the custody issue if it is YOU that leaves HIM haven't you? It would be a nightmare if it caused you problems further down the line, especially as it does seem to be your only sensible option. :(

Massive hugs to you - what an incredibly difficult decision that must have been. :kisses3:

Well done Jo - we are behind you all the way, just keep communicating with the kids so that they know what is going on and how to get in touch with you.
