Just had a bowl of lentil soup. Snow came about 6 this morning and is thawing rapidly. Supposed to be going to a party later, 60 mile round trip, not sure whether we should or not????

Didn't get to go out, in just over 2 hours we are snowed in!

I went to shop earlier to get leccy and it started snowing a bit, next thing you know the entire London Transport system has grind to a halt! DD1 stuck at work, buses have been suspended, traffic gridlocked everywhere!

Thank crunchie I found chicken wings in the freezer, now defrosting, got some hot sauce and BBQ sauce, corn on cob and potatoes to make wedges :drool:
