I should stick my nose into the cutting down/giving up thread - I got the stage where I couldn't think about it all the time, but I've not forgotten you all.
Very big pot of turkey and veggie soup on - mince out for mince, tatties and dumplings later and just cut back the last of the chilli plants.
Jo (()) humungous yorkie when you ever get here!
Coffee would be lovely please (woman at work just made me a cup of tea and it just looked like milk and water...bleugh!)**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -

Morning, Doc
OKey dokey -
One HM pork and sage pattie (double?), muffin (toasted of course), boiled, fried or scrambed egg (hm eggs - great hens still laying) on the muffin ?- then a slice of the obligitory plastic cheese.
You want sit in or takeaway?
Patties easy
pork (or turkey) + sage - make into meatball shape and then squish flat like a bug - and then pan fry quicky
also done lamb and mint, lamb and rosemary, turkey and sage etc
we like our HM sausages here
If we put them in toad in the hole - we roll them like (well a sausage) don't bother with a skin - enough meat to keep them together.
Coffee on for me and missP hello!!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Lol indeed - sausage meat is 'OK' next time you get a chance find some pork mince - put the sage in the day before and let them marinate - then make the little lovely patties - they are really to die for. (even if I do say so myself!)
I need to find a way of posting eggs.................................
someone must do it?
Oh I've got 4 new hen girls and 2 hen boys from a neighbour - little flock upto 12 now - thinking of rehoming the extra cockeral - might keep the other one - there is a pesky cat wandering about - and having lost hens to a cat before I'm a bit wary.
They aren't really both settled yet - mine and the new ones are in definite different camps - but they'll get there hopefully. I got some photos today - I'm that sadexcuse random hen post - the free range eggs got me thinking.
