A girl at work brought in for her lunch today leftover roast dinner from yesterday.....which immediately made me fancy a roast. So just peeled potato's parsnips and carrots...not entirely sure what meat we'll have with it...may have to be sausages :rotfl:

Still waiting on roast! Gonna be a reheated one:( as OH's lorry broke down and he's just come thru door.
