We've had the Nigella chat before somewhere - I think on Gill's thread. But she does have a fair sized "derriere" on her - she's only ever shot from the waist up, so she plays to her strengths. Plus her husband is wadded.
I would say DT, good underwear is key to getting the right shape (remember Trinny and Suzanna? They were right about that) Spanx are a wonder to woman kind and a well fitting bra is a god send (just don't go to M&S that's why most women are wearing the wrong size!) So ask Souk to start at the foundation (garments). Get them right and everything else will be a breeze!
