When you are out and about today get yourself a stiff piece of metal, such as a metal ruler, and try and use that to force down whatever it is that is jamming the drawer

Thats just the thing- I was trying that with a knife- I cannot even find anything which is in the way! The knife and spatula I tried this with had no problems sliding around, but they can only get in at a small angle so problem must be further back then either of them go. Its so annoying!

If it wasn't a fitted kitchen I'd have yanked the whole thing out but it was only recently put in (3 yrs ago) and I am wary of pulling the thing apart by brute force as I cannot afford to replace it.

I am considering slicing the bottom open with a circular saw- this is the only thing I can think to try.

Why hasn't some sort of entrepreneur been on Dragons Den yet with a 'fix my broken draw' gadget yet!

And this is why I hold my Degree in the Creative Arts and not in English Language.:D I make no apology for my poor grasp on spelling, as long as people understand what I mean and I am able to communicate myself.
