ADSL Line stats - ARe these okay?

Situation is that I've been with Plus.Net with over a year (BT IPStream, 2mbit ADSL, Premier account). In past five days my connection has become unbearable, pages load slow and downloaded from respected HTTP sites etc.. never go any higher than 14kbytes/sec, a lot of the time they freeze.

Things I've tried:
This has been tested from 3 PCs, each isolated from the router at different times, router has been replaced with a friends (differnet brand), microfilter and adsl wire changed, wireless vs fixed ethernet, resetting router, reset to factory defaults, unplugging phone, removing face plate to reveal secret master socket, different times of day, basically everything single thing you can thing of this side of the socket. I've confirm there are no restriction on my account, the gateway Im connecting to is okay etc... Whatever happens means my connection is now slow and crap and Plus.Net are about a much help as .... well anyways...

I wanted to check my line stats were okay incase something has happened between here and the exchange. Do these look pretty normal?

# adslctl info --stats
adslctl: ADSL driver and PHY status
Status: Showtime Channel: FAST, Upstream rate = 288 Kbps, Downstream rate = 227
2 Kbps
Link Power State: L0
Mode: G.DMT
Channel: Fast
Trellis: ON
Line Status: No Defect
Training Status: Showtime
Down Up
SNR (dB): 30.2 25.0
Attn(dB): 23.5 11.5
Pwr(dBm): 15.8 11.3
Max(Kbps): 11264 1076
Rate (Kbps): 2272 288

I'm about 0.5miles from exchange, and never had any problems in the past. I'm running out of things to try, if everything else exhausted its time to bin Plus.Net but they want 94 quid for MAC so I'd best double check it is plus.net first.

What is strange though is that I cant use bt speedtester since they dont have enough information on my number. Also plus net fault check comes back with Connection speed is: none found.... This is within the acceptable speeds of BT... lol
