I popped in yesterday and had a few Jessie dolls!
Also had Laguna Blue, Frankie Stein and Draculaura (Monster High)
priced at £11.99 (to match Argos i guess)
Argos has put them back up to 14.99

Monster High is on Nickelodeon (on Sky and Virgin Media) at 16.55hrs daily since early October. Its only on for a few mins because they don't have full length cartoons yet. Here is the link to the Monster high tv channel on Youtube where you can watch all the webisodes':http://www.youtube.com/user/MonsterHigh and their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/MonsterHigh. The Monster High Film is not due to be released till 2012.

Thanks... my DDs had seen them in the shops and liked them... hadnt seen the channel or the movies... also found a website monsterhigh.com ;)

My friend has 2 little girls 5 and 6. They absolutely love Disney Princess Dolls and someone got them the bratz dolls last year. They don't know who Bratz are so they were only a novelty for 5 mins and have never been picked up since. They watch their disney princess DVDs frequently and still play with the disney princess dolls. So I think if little ones don't associate the doll with something they know, then may be they are not as interesting.

I saw a beautiful zapf creation Disney Princess doll in Home Bargains today... it was beautiful.... Cinderella was the one I saw - cant remember the exact price - think it was 9.99.... but they were gorgeous...

Found similar if not the same one online at Lambs - it was very sweet

my DDs like Monster High dolls so I know this will just sit on the dressing table looking lovely along with teatime with Belle ;)
  • I'm not sure how much of a hit the lalaloopsy dolls are but they are due to release a smaller version of each doll before Christmas. The new dolls will only be 3inches big and having seen the pictures they look to be hard bodied with non removable clothing. I'm hoping to be able to find one as a little stocking filler (depending on price !)

There are some stinkys on ebay, £65.99 plus free delivery.
They have 23 in stock:eek: god knows where from.

  • Hi guys, not quite sure why I'm worrying about this as I can't even get hold of any of the Monster High Dolls yet :( , but just wondering whether anyone has any idea when the Dawn of the Dance versions of the dolls are due to be released over here, or Ghoulia and Holt Hyde?

    Thanks :)
  • Moominmamma - where are you in the country? I am going to be returning 1 frankie stein and 1 draculaura to a store in doncaster tomorrow! :) never heard of dawn of the dance?
    :xmastree:
  • I'm in Devon, so a bit far to come and scoop them up, lol.

They have some in stock at Argos here so I'm gonna ring up in the morning and see which ones as I obviously don't want to get four the same!!

The Dawn of The Dance Dolls only seem to be available in the States at the mo, but I think dd would prefer them to the originals... And sadly I am becoming mildly obsessed with them myself ;)
