    Unplanned day off for me today, can't keep food down and can't speak without pain because my lips are so swollen. So using the day for lists:
    * Get washing done
    * Get drying done
    * Revise
    * Sort OU forms
    * Chase phone
    * Chase computer

    That'll do for starters!

    Ermmmm I can't see have a rest and take it easy on that list young lady:naughty:

    Hope you feel better soon xx

    Morning all

    What a weekend I am totally and thoroughly exhausted! Brothers wedding and what an amazing day and evening then yesterday had to get house tidy and thought we would all have an early night. B then decided to run, trip on her pj bottoms and slam dunk head first into the wall, blood everywhere, teeth hanging out and much screaming ensued! dash to A&E and 3 hours later we arrive home to be told to go to emergency dentist today. So day off work, day off school and a trip to dentist to see what if anything they will do with her teeth. Ive got to go and see lady about this new job this morning and I could happily sleep standing up now.

    Anyway I must set aside some time to sit down and get organised for my OU course today, do some ironing and then I shall collapse

    Hugs Gemmzie, hope it gets better soon.

    Sally, hugs to you and B too, it sounds like a shock. Is it milk teeth or permanent ones that have broken?

    Well, I've woken up in a positive frame of mind, helped by the housework I did yesterday actually making a difference I can see. I'm going to try and do some more tonight, I'll see how I feel. I've got writer's group this afternoon so I'm going to do some stuff for that this morning. Not sunny here, in fact I've had to turn the light on it's so dark and miserable.

    Luckily its milk teeth but when she knocked them before they were quite concerned that she might have damaged the adult teeth. The same applies this time as her milk teeth have been bent back and up. Guess we will just have to wait and see what the dentist says later

  • Morning all.

    Aww Sal, poor B, I hope she is OK x

    Had a lovely long weekend but back at work this morning (and doing a whole five day week - sob!). It is dark and rainy and cold here this morning - got my jacket and scarf on in the office!

  • Morning everyone,

    Where is the sun. [Insert confused smile!]

    Claire, that's great that your OH helps out with the chores now. What's your secret?

    Sally, ouch poor B. I hope she feels better soon.

    Sorry to anyone I've missed, but sending lots of love your weekend.

    The weekend was revision free again, which isn't good as my exam is looming big time! However, my OH has decided that the spareroom is going to be my study, so we've been painting and assembling flatpack furniture. And he even bought me a desk top computer too, which won't be connected to the internet!! That's a good thing me thinks!

    Anyway, best get cracking on with some reports.

    Lots of love,

    LMC x
