My concern is that Capital Economics will throw in the towel soon too. That's when I really will sell up everything, and go and buy lots of shiny metals !!

Add to this the Land Registry figures out this morning, and it seems that price rises are back on their upward trend again.
Hence the sense of panic among the bears over the last few days..
I bet the HPC gang look like they just copped a right hook off Mike Tyson :rotfl:
They have been humiliated. We refused to let house prices drop. It was up to us the homeowners not them.
I feel sorry for them really. They will never own now.
I don't know why Bruce Banner and Realist Bear don't team up in a houseshare. They can twist each other up daily about how they got priced out and they wouldn't want a BMW 4x4 like their landlords anyway. :rotfl:We love Sarah O Grady0 -
what's the margin for error?
+/- 1.5% ?
In Aug the forecast was -0.4, but the actual was +0.6
In July the forecast was +0.6, but the actual was -0.6
In June the forecast was +0.3, but the actual was -0.4
In May the forecast was +0.6, but the actual was -0.1
In Apr the forecast was +0.6, but the actual was +1.1
Looks as if the margin of error is worse than that, adding in:
In Oct the forecast was +0.6%, but the actual was -3.6%...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

maybe it's clinical depression that you have or maybe it's that you actually feel inferior and feel the need to act the big man on an internet forum...
