Looked into that one a little deeper, found some more pictures and it certainly seems to come out doing very well in reviews...

minor grumble I have on the SCAN one is only comming with an i5-430M, elsewhere it comes with and i5-640 or i7-720 which seem to benchmark a fair bit higher on comparison sites..... tho I guess thats probably why the SCAN one is £900 rather than £1300....
still very much in favour of getting one. Perhaps 18 months down the line I can pick up a 640 fairly cheaply and self upgrade if I'm particularly bothered.
I just read a little myself, while I don't think it will make too much difference to the gaming performance. Mobile i-5 processors are all dual cores with HT.
Which means that faster i-5 processors will almost certainly be better than the slower clocked i-7 quads.0
