It's Nick Hornby's Juliet, Naked. I'm in two book clubs, this one and then one I run. The one tonight's very formal, mine's a lot more casual, and we do other things as well - we're community members of the theatre so we get cheap tickets, we go to literature festival events, have coffee mornings...

Hi Red, glad you're OK. Yes the cake has finally all gone, GD had the last piece yesterday ( I don't really eat cake so I only had a little bit but it was nice)
