Nicca, no I didn't get my ticket. I tried for four and a quarter hours and then they sold out.

Awww, gutted! :( So sorry hunni. Keep your eyes and ears open in the New Year when they sell off the ones people have bought now but then something crops up and they can't make it. :( There's still time!

And tell me more about your drumming! There's a way to tone up my arms (let's just neglect the fact that I'm tone deaf and cannot hold a tune!!!) without the pain of the gym :D.

Hopefully I'll be able to get one in Feb when the time to pay the balance comes, but I'm not going to hold my breath, just so I don't get disappointed.

My drumming, well you don't need to hold a tune or anything, just be able to count! I'm doing it for the exercise, so I can do as much or as little as I can manage. I'm having lessons, half an hour a week and it's great. I have rubbish co-ordination (something else I'm hoping to improve through it) and it's really helping, and my posture has got soooo much better in just a few months. It can be funny though, like when I'm trying to practise bass drumming with my right leg, and my right arm goes mad wanting to join in! Or any combination of limbs really. But it's really fun.
