That's what I do to SW.
What thread are you normally on (you don't need to answer that)? Is it still on lockdown?
It's usually noisier on here. Geebee and Red are normally feeding us all wine and bickering. And Handy normally tells us all jokes. Numpty and Tixy are usually taxed with answering proper questions. The rest of us just pop in to bump the thread and natter. Only we get distracted by madness sometimes
Once you get used to our quirky ways, it'll be just as cosy and homely here as it is over the road.

New page, time for another reminder:D
Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.
What is a Troll?
A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made. If you should get such a comment made on any thread you post, asking for help and advice, please realise this comment is not directed at you personally so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal because the majority of us really are a lovely bunch – ooops, modesty!
What should I do if I get a comment made on my thread?
Firstly do not respond to the comment as this is invariably what the troll wants. So to get rid of the offending post, at the bottom of the post towards the right hand side you’ll see a red "Warning" triangle within a blue “Abuse” icon, as shown below:
Click the icon and then "send" the message which will inform the abuse team of the post, who will then review its content and deal with it as appropriate; sometimes even deleting the troll by making their status PPR’d (Posting Privileges Removed). Remember, this site is an asset to so many people, especially those that feels like their world is falling in around them. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people here all willing to help, whatever you do, do not let the comments of one silly individual deter you from availing yourself of the knowledge base that is on offer here.PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FORUM
It is testament to the work that Martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time, knowledge and experience freely to others; without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of their debt crisis

Normally I'm too unobservant and am off gallavanting and miss all the fun. But those more vigilant than me will usually pop back here when they bump into a troll or spammer and ask for help in slaying it. So we can hit the spam button or send a message to the abuse team if it's necessary, so we can hopefully get rid of the nasty people as quickly as they appear.Jan10: 28,315.81 Jan11: 18,015.32 Jan12: 7,682.58 Jan13: 2,987.73 Current debt: 1,225.55

Hello Handy Here
is this noisy enough. Hi all, Hi Nicca, hows the labrodoggles? while up North my sister and BIL looked after mine. They live 20 yds away from the river. My old chocky was constantly wet:eek::eek::eek:
Every chance to get wet, he took it. Even the Borders went in for a paddle. My sis has 3 border collies and they are looking after their DD's year old Lab so most walks were a pack of 7. My dogglies thought that they were on holiday.:)
At the moment they are all sulking, missing their cousins.
Maybe its getting near time to get another youngster to keep them on their toes. We went to have a look around a rescue centre last week. We saw a year old lab, 2 patterdales a Lakeland and a Jacko we could have brought home with us. It was heart breaking. regardless of how skint we are we left a donation, EDF have more money than us and they wont go hungry next week.
Cheers all, handy.Mother Nature Don't Draw Straight lines, We are Broken Moulds in Life's Grand Design, We look a Mess but we're doing fine,
