    Evening Handy. Feeling crap after my transfusion this morning, and just been out to the car and had a fall, just clattered right to the floor.

    But, the restaurent I've just ordered takeaway from (have nothing in as I was supposed to be going back to Scarborough tonight but not well enough), have run out of the dessert I wanted so are giving me a more expensive one.

    Early night in bed with a book where I can't do myself any damage is in order I think!
