  • If you are concerned about your health nag until they check it properly

Couldn't agree more. DH had a brain tumour that was MISSED on the scan. It was another 12 months before it was diagnosed. He kept going back to the docs saying "but I don't feel well" No bl00dy wonder!

MSG -good luck for Friday. Not long to think about it!

Ashamed to say, I have done nothing from the lists today. Had a carp day at work. (I am in a room with 19 other men- not fun) and DH was late home. i forgot to cook tonights dinner in the slow cooker yesterday, but didnt remember what we were supposed to be having until I was driving home from work! Jkt spuds it was!
Just off to watch an hour of tv. One of my favourite authors has a 2 parter on..... :j

Iced top mince pie with it I think.

    Done in BOTH homes.

    Plus:

6am permission slip signing. Luckily, noticed at last minute that the contribution towards costs is voluntary. Well, I don't want to do it then :)
    Usual morning nonsense.
Dismantle, clean and move second chest of drawers to new house.
Go to shop and get new washing up bowl, new mop, drywall fixings, TV aerial splitter and take to house
Try to get replacement drawer runners from B&Q. Fail.
Get roadkill baguette from van in B&Q carpark :D
Go to IKEA to try and order DD's new bed. Fail.
Go to IKEA customer service to ask about drawer runners. Get given a full replacement set by nice lady :D:D:D
Go back to house. Rebuild drawers.
Help tenancy officer doing viewing next door to open dodgy front door. Ask him to pop in after he's done.
Give unsuspecting Tenancy Officer a long list of things the housebuilders should have picked up at snagging. :D Get promise all are important and will be sorted out straight away :D
Wash up and clean wet room.
    Get veggies from market.
    Home.

Fill in grant application to help with moving expenses.
Pack another 3 loads of clothes.
Do stinking litter tray, armed only with carrier bags as we're out of binbags.
Pick half a litter tray of nastiness up off bathroom floor where I've just dropped it.
Put both loads of litter tray nastiness into binbag, as I have just found a whole new roll of them next to where the dustpan and brush have been moved to
    Cook dinner
Wait for The Bloke to come back from the second run to the new house before serving dinner.
    Eat.
    Wash up.
    Washing machine darks.
    Tumble Dryer.
    Washing machine lights.
Find out DD has omitted to include dirty school gear in washpile. :(
Find out she hasn't been packing, she's been going up the levels in Angry Birds.

Get lecture about not pulling my weight on this house move by The Bloke.

Watch The Bloke back out of the room rather hastily when I fix him with my Basilisk-like stare.

Drink the cup of tea The Bloke has brought me whilst pootling around on MSE :D

And tomorrow, we shall repeat it all again!

    Love to all,

    Jo xxx

    Evening all

No lists for me this week and I won't be around until Thursday evening at the earliest. We are having 'visitors' at school on Wednesday and Thursday, and I don't mean the ones you can fight off with headlice shampoo. :(

Hugs, congrats and commiserations as appropriate, as I don't have time to catch up with fred. xxx

Ooh I have a baby you can come hug if you want.. she isn't so nice this evening after sleeping most of the day she appears to now have the hump and keeps wailing..

Decluttered sugar rsh cake number 2 down the childrens throats then yell at them becase they won't go to sleep..

Number 3 sugar rush cake to declutter tomorrow..

Must get bins out this evening.. all 5.. and I need to dash about the house filling the upper half of bin number 2.. lower half already full.

Decluttered worksurface of doom .. or at least dented the junk on it.. duvet in bin, crystal set thing in bin, bedding away..

I WILL pick up all the socks in the back room tomorrow.. and gradually sort my way through them going FLING, FLING, FLING in the bin!

4 loads of washing done and dried,
Crappet in middle room almost defluffed.. everthing glues itself to the darn thing and I have to pu ton m boots and shuffle about gathering up the fuzzy stuff I can then vacuum the crumbs off it and it almost looks presentable.

Decluttered 14Gb of films and stuff off my laptop onto the external hard-drive.

    DD1's cheque banked

    DW been on twice
    Bunnies vaccinated
flea stuff bought for mogsters.. which will be administered when they all come in for meatblob
AND.. I sorted some more bits of junk out of the cot!

See.. I haven't spent the entire day sat on my big fat pink derriere!!
