how long does it take aol to set up your broadband?

i signed up about 2 weeks ago but yet i haven't receive any e-mail regarding the broadband. Just wondered how that took to you get the broadband when you signed up. thanks .

They don't tend to be that good at sending any information or getting in contact

I signed-up via the telephone last Tuesday and had my line activated on the Friday. My Router is due for delivery this Thursday.

I would suggest that you contact them again and ask the question.

I signed up on A saturday and recieved my box and stuff the following Thursday. I was well impressed by it all.
