New Broadband using BT line

Ive just got my BT phone line connected. My question is can I get Talk Talk broadband now or do I have to wait 3 months.
THere is a clause with the BT acount about keeping the phone a minimum of three months .... not sure if transferring to Talk Talk counts as leaving BT?

you can get broadband with any company but the telephony you'll have to keep with bt (a minimum of 3 months iirc)0

Yes going with TT does count as leaving BT, as you would then be paying rental to TT.
