  • It's good computer security protocol to change ALL passwords regularly. It is also a good idea not to use the same one for different things!!

    I'm gonna need to start writing them down soon lol.

    Lots of work IT systems force you to change your password - mine does it once a week....!

    My bank says it would never e-mail asking to ring and give personal details,beware!

    But HSBC don't 'email' - they send you a secure message through internet banking (so you know it's from them).
