  • Does every discussion have to be invaded and taken over by nutters from the other place?

I don't see what the problem is myself - there's a reason the internet is called the web.
Not sure why it was an interesting enough thread to be posted on HPC but someone thought it was and where's the harm?

you will have forgotten all about this in 24 hours of moving in.....

Going OT, and bringing a touch of the geek  the web is an application that effectively sits on top of the internet: it’s not one and the same. It allows users to access the ‘net via http (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) The internet is the hardware, the physical connections. The ‘net started off in thel ate 60s as a US military set up and the web was later developed in the 80s as a document sharing system by Tim Berners Lee whilst at CERN ( European particle phsyics lab)

    Their brains are wired differently;)
  •

    I would not do this.

Do not share details of your financial situation with the ea or vendor. If they know what your top line is then they will fight for that.

Simply have your solicitor confirm that you are good for the offer price and make sure they keep their mouth shut about what you may be able to go to.

Sorry, I was not being clear - I mean reasons backing up your offer such as street sold prices or land registery information! Useful to justify, I think, if you are going in with a low offer.

Since when, clutton, was spam the justification for anything?
Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam

There's a bit of a link there that Clutton seems to have missed- how do spammers get email addresses? Oh yes ....one way is by them being circulated unnecessarily ;)

I couldn't give a damn what they talk about on their site, or on the correct sub section of this forum.

I actually get virtually none. But then again I am careful as to how freely and where I give my email address out.

No disagreement from me on that. But I think you get the point :)

Maybe that you don't have an issue with HPCers invading threads here/posting links? Not sure if there *is* a point to the latter part, the erroneous bit.;)
