New Look Returns Policy
Returns by post
Alternatively, you can return products by post to our fulfillment centre within 14 days of receipt for a refund only. Please ensure that the despatch note is returned with your products as proof of purchase.
From within the UK, please address your parcel to:
FREEPOST
RRRK-CALX-XREC
PO Box 5145
Lichfield
WS14 4DU
If sent back using this address then u should of only had to have paid the recorded fee not the full amount as the cost of the parcel has been covered by New Look.
Recorded is a good way to send this item as hopefully it will show on the website it has been delivered, senario :- if it showed as delivered and New Look said they hadn't had it you would be able to prove they had recieved it and they would refund... with a certificate of postage you would have to claim the money back through the Post Office.
Its different with Catalogues as they are given a unique barcode and the catalogue will refund as long as you have a reciept with this number on.
Hope that makes sense0 -
They don't give a freepost address on the website now...just this one....
From within and outside the UK, please address your parcel to:

I will be interested to hear the outcome of this because this is something that has happened to us several times. We sometimes need to send letters recorded, that have freepost addresses on them and have never been just charged the recorded bit. We have always been charged the normal postage costs as well.0

you should only have to pay the recorded part
the freepost licence means the items are charged at the delivery office for the required postage0 -
two different methods of posting...my understanding is "all or nothing"...i.e., you send it Freepost or you send it normally and add "recorded"...that's what I was told when I returned an item to Amazon by my local PO staff...
apparently the 2 methods don't mixI'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j

nope,i can assure you that you can send a freepost item RD and only pay the 70 odd pence
however.if you add postage ot a freepost envelope its a different matter
so say you have an A4 freepost envelope and add a standard stamp
that would be charged as an underpaid item
the difference isnt put onto the freepost account( unless they have a separate charges account)0 -
