I eat the skin of kiwis, and always have. There's los of goodness in it, and I quite like the fuzzy texture.

I can eat the skin if I am out and about, but at home I eat kiwis the same way you would eat a boiled egg.

Fruit salad, I take the skin off and slice. For a snack, I eat it like a boiled egg. But I used to eat the skin. I prefer it without though. Peaches etc are best with the skin on.

My husband and I also eat the skin of kiwi fruit. We also eat grapefruit like you would an orange, and eat all of an apple only leaving the stalk.

I eat the skin, it's got a kind of fizzy texture (daft but it's the nearest I can get to it). I peel them fro fruit salads etc thoguh.

The first kiwi I had I ate the skin and the people around me laughed so after that I always skinned it. We all worked in a PR department and they told me I had done it wrong.

I will try again with the skin on. I never peel anything unless really necessary. I boil potatoes for mash with the skin on and I too eat all the apple apart from the stalk.
