Closing Virgin Mobile pay monthly contract ?
It just wont close, i asked them to close it they agree but then again I get a bill of Zero 4 months later,
been on the phone to them for 15mins "waiting" gave up.
any other way of closing the account ? online ? email?
the 12mths contract is up i got talked into making it pay as you go but its linked via DD to my account. hense the reason i want to close it.

If its on pay and go - why do you need the direct debit?
Just delete the direct debit and forget it?
The pay and go will stop working presumably after some period (as long as you stop using it).0 -
Cancel in writing.
Eventually they will write back to confirm it is closed.0
