cheapest tv phone and internet bundle

hello

I am about to get my own place and wish to get the following installed

broadband - just standard does have to be mega fast
phone - would like free evening and weekend calls to uk landlines
tv - just some basic channel package from sky or virgin

now who does the actual cheapest bundle for these 3 items? both virgin and sky seem to be offering this for £19 a month - would there be a telephone line cost on top of this? if so how much

so what is the very cheapest i could get all 3 services for per month, would it even be a cheaper option to get them seperate or does the bundle work out better?

I am quite confused, and each website, like BT vision says they are cheaper than sky, then skys website says they are cheaper than BT, then virgin say they are cheaper than sky, then plus plus chime in with being cheaper again.

for these 3 basic services, basic broadband, basic telephone, basic tv who is best?

None of them are exactly the same.

Sky's TV packages are by channel type, Virgin's lower packages give you a selection of all types of channel.

Sky's broadband is ADSL so can be slower than Virgin's.

Virgin has expensive call charges, but Virgin is cheaper to install than BT's normal charges.

Do you really want basic phone, do you make calls in which case you may end up paying more than if you bought a calls package?

Yes for Sky and Virgin you have to add line rental. So Virgin is £19 + £11.99, Sky will give you 1 entertainment pack for £19 + £11 line rental, this means that if you chose "Entertainment", you would get no documentary channels, on Virgin you would. On Sky broadband would be free but only if you also choose to pay for you calls through Sky.

You really have to decide yourself what you want.
