Well unless during the last two weeks or so you've actually notified them that you are cancelling the order and you're returning the order (you don't need to wait for any RMA) then you're too late to use the DSRs.0

Well, they outwitted you. Do you have any evidence you tried to use DSR? Once they ducked giving you a RMA number, you should have written, stating you were rejecting the goods under DSR and that you had been refused a RMA.I have been trying to get them to send me a returns number for two weeks now.

Think you'll find the problem is the memory you bought is 1.65 Volt, the manual for your mobo states that you need 1.5 volt.
