any phone fixers out there ??

My daughters phone wont respond. its a sony erricsson w395. It turns on but none of the buttons will work. She says she hasnt dropped it. Anyone know how to fix it before i have to go buy another phone ? thanks

Is the keypad locked, try to unlock as described here

If that don't do, could try to keep the battery out of phone for a few hours, it might reset itself.
If not that, then could be duff keypad, repair probably not worth it for that phone.

I know I'm going to sound like a robotic customer service rep here, but; have you tried taking the battery out and putting it back in again?

I have took the battery and sim out but that did not do anything. I ve just tried the link but still nothing so I have pulled the battery out for a few hours and if not it will be a trip to town later thanks for the replies
